Amplified Return Tops, or ART for short, is a company dedicated to meeting player needs through quality production and sound design. No frills or gimmicks, just a high quality, high performance Return Top manufactured and tested right here in the USA.
This may be ART’s first design, but after throwing it we could swear they’ve been making yo-yos for years. The Shout is an extremely well thought out yo-yo that offers a really great feeling in play. It throws like a high performance, competition ready machine with a laid back soul – Fast and stable when you push it and smooth and floaty when you need to slow down and chill.
