YES. We can ship international but please understand our terms and conditions before you place your order and contact us before you order if you have any questions or concerns.
International Customers may have customs or duty charges applied to their shipments. Please note that these charges are applied by *your country's government*. The amounts of the charges are also determined by your country's government. It is up to every international customer to pay these additional charges. You will have to contact your country's Customs office or local post office to get estimates on the amounts you will have to pay. Also, because we are a retail store, we are NOT able to mark orders as 'Gifts' for customers to avoid paying these fees.
Rest assured that once your order is processed, it will immediately be shipped via the shipping method of your choice. You're in good hands from the moment you place the order.
Note: We cannot ship to some countries due to customs and local laws. We apologize for any inconvenience if your country is not available in our order page
Due to the Covid-19 pandemic we have seen many delays in customs. This has affected our Basic Shipping method the most adding an additional week or two to the normal delivery schedule. We have seen some delays with DHL and FedEx as well though these have usually only been 1-2 extra days. We ask that you simply keep this in mind when placing your order.

For the 2021 Holiday Season we expect that the increased volume of orders due to the pandemic will slow down many packages. We ask for your patience with our delivery services as they are working their hardest to get packages delivered as fast as possible.
Our Christmas estimated last days of shipping are based on our best guesses, these are not guaranteeing that a package will arrive on time. If you want to make sure your order arrives on time we strongly suggest ordering as early as possible.

Fed-Ex International Priority Shipping *RECOMMENDED OPTION*:
Fed-Ex International Priority is the *safest* method of shipping, the *fastest*, and has the most accurate *tracking*. We currently recommend this for all international shipments. Though it is more expensive FedEx delivers your package within 4 business days and processes the package through their own customs office so there are no customs delays!
*Please note FedEx cannot deliver to PO Box addresses*
United States Postal Service (USPS) Options:
OPTION 1: - BASIC INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
For international orders we now offer a Basic International Shipping option. A relatively cheaper alternative. However be aware processing in through customs can take time and this method averages delivery in 2-5 weeks. You do receive a Customs ID number that is scanned but the information is limited. And scanning into the actual postal service does generally take 4 to 8 days. (Generally most packages to Canada deliver within 2 weeks regardless of this. Other parts of the world 3 weeks can be more normal.)
OPTION 2: - USPS PRIORITY MAIL INTERNATIONAL
For international orders YoYoExpert.com offers Priority Mail International - a reliable shipping method that takes anywhere from 1-4 weeks for delivery. While most orders arrive extremely swiftly, purchases during the holidays to distant destinations may take 3 to 4 weeks to arrive. It is possible that the delivery of your order could be delayed due to customs processing. If your order does not arrive in a reasonable amount of time, you should check with your local customs office to see if they are holding the package for payment of fees. Also, some customs offices will send a separate invoice for your customs fees that could arrive several weeks after you receive your shipment. Please be familiar with the customs laws in your country before you order!
Please note: This does not come with a tracking ID. They do issue a Customs ID which we do email to you but it is not updated very often in the postal service system.
OPTION 3: *RECOMMENDED OPTION FOR USPS*: - USPS EXPRESS MAIL INTERNATIONAL
Express Mail is your best option for ordering and on average takes about 4-6 business days (does not include weekend days like Saturday or Sunday). It also comes with an EMS tracking ID for tracking your package out of the United States and again when it clears your countries customs for delivery.
Please note: although rare if delayed in your country's customs it can take up to 2 weeks for delivery.

We are obligated by law to put the cost on the outside of the package, so be aware that you may be charged duties and taxes when the package enters your country. As these fees are unavoidable in some countries, YoYoExpert cannot be held responsible if these expenses should apply to your resident country.
Also note that your credit card will convert any currency for you when purchasing, but if the exchange rate is different, the amount may be greater or less than the original price. Some credit card companies may request a charge for converting the money for you — please check with your credit card company regarding this possibility.
Can I send a money order/postal order?
Yes, but it must be for the correct total AND in USA funds. No other currency can be accepted - sorry. Contact us before doing so.
Can I send USA cash?
No, but we do accept mailed international money orders in USD.
Can I wire payment?
No. YoYoExpert does not accept wire transfers as a method of payment. However payment can be arranged via Western Union Money Transfer which is similar and very safe.
What about Switch cards from the UK or foreign credit cards?
The best way to find out if a card works is to take it through our system and TRY it. If it is accepted then it works! There are so many different credit cards in the world that we cannot list them all here. Try it and see. We definitely accept Visa, MC, American Express and Discover.
