The Apex is the highest point, the peak, and at just under $28 this new model from YOYOFFICER might be the Apex of entry level metal yo-yos! Smooth stable and pleasantly maneuverable on the string, the Apex packs a lot of performance into it’s mid-sized frame. It has an h-shape profile similar to that of the Kilter series, but a completely new feel in play.
