From Duncan: As tricks evolve, so do yo-yos. The new Orbital GTX is one of our wildest competition-oriented designs. It’s wide, powerful and floaty, and it doesn’t end there. While this updated version is bigger compared to the 2017 Orbital, we were able to keep the catch zone as small as possible and that leads to an elegant and really comfortable yo-yo to play with.

The new rim and weight specifications are the key players here. The rim is thicker and wider in diameter which gave us a way to make this yo-yo rim-weighted to increase spin-time and comfort. The weight is two grams lighter for easier rail combos and optimizing better horizontal tricks. These are the top two things we wanted on the massive upgrade. Even though the new Orbital GTX is lighter, the execution of the weight distribution is consistent, which leads to unmatched spin time for a yo-yo that is so light on the string.

Another note to take here is that the gap was reduced by 0.25mm which changes the way this yo-yo plays, making it easy and smooth for all the regens and binds!

Solid!
The smoothest yo-yo I own. I'm only an intermediate player but I haven't found a trick I can't do yet. I know quiet vs noisy bearings shouldn't matter but this yo-yo is quiet! Absolutely worth the money!

I'm comparing this to the draupnir, I think the draupnir is like a fighter-jet you have to put a lot of energy behind it but it can eventually go super fast, now this yoyo is like a blimp. it can go moderately fast and coast along with little to no- effort. 7-8 out of ten smooth, suuper good for grinds, kinda pointy, decent finger spins. this yoyo improve my flow and playstyle and made yoyoing more enjoyable. you should buy this.

Best yoyo i own period
I own quite a few yoyos and let me tell you this thing is a straight beast is amazes me how this yoyo can be so light and wide but still have a crazy ammount of power and spin time when i first threw it i thought it would not have as much power as it does so i gave it a good throw and did some tricks and it came back to my hand with a crazy ammount of spin left and also this yoyo is silent almost makes no noise at all gets through all my tricks no problem almost feels like cheating the one and only thing that may be an issue is the rims are sharp and its not the most friendly yoyo to hit your hand with regaurdless this is my go to throw so light wide and powerfull I absolutely love this yoyo it is my go to throw love love love this yoyo highly recommended and very under rated

Really Good!
This throw is super good! If you like wide, floaty, lightweight yoyos, this is the throw for you! Absolutely LOVE how wide it is! The only downside is that this yoyo has super sharp rims (sharper than the Marco) and has grippier pads-so if it snags and hits you, it can really hurt. Overall, it's a solid bimetal!
