Much better than I was expecting and I was never disappointed by C3! At first, it felt a bit big and heavy, but when you begin to play with it. it feels a bit floaty, but doesn't hit too hard on the string. The rims are awesome for thumb grinds and finger grinds are not too bad, either. Also, it is a beautiful design!

I'm increasingly convinced that, for a thrower at my level (intermediate +), monometals are better than bimetals. Sporting the currently popular V shape, it spins, remains stable, and moves with agility more that adequate for my hardest tricks. With no significant vibe on well executed throws, it plays with the same feel as my 100.00 bimetals. For anyone looking for a modestly priced every day carry, this should be a top candidate. It's cool looking color options and superb finish are the icing on a surprisingly good cake.

After a 20 year break from yoyoing, I was interested to get back into throwing, and was curious about modern upgrades. This model came recommended by more than a few people on the YoYoExpert Discord server, so I gave it a shot as what I consider to be my first unresponsive yoyo. I was absolutely blown away by its raw power, stability, and amazing spin time. I own 39 yoyos now, at the time of this review, and I still find myself coming back to this one on a regular basis. For $30, Laevateinn is probably THE best in its price range. Not even probably... it just IS!! You NEED this in your collection. Trust me!!!

It's amazing to me that you can find this level of performance for this price.

I've been out of the game since about 2009, so I really had no idea what modern yoyos are like. I recently decided I wanted to start throwing again, so I bought this, along with a Peregrine and new version Iceberg. (I'm indecisive, and couldn't decide on just one)

Honestly all of them are amazing and they blew me away with how far yoyos have come since I last threw.

This is the one that surprised me the most though, because it feels just as good and just as capable as the other two, for much less money. The fit and finish isn't as good as the peregrine of course, but I actually think it's a more fun yoyo to use.

I can't speak to how it will perform for modern tricks, but for the old school stuff I'm doing this thing rocks.

I didn't feel compelled to write reviews for the other two, but for this one I really wanted to share my experience hoping that it helps someone in the future.
