Kyrios

The Kyrios is the second signature yo-yo for MK1 team member Max Choo, expanding on ideas introduced in the Dynames while pushing the design into a more competitive bimetal direction.

Inspired by the progression of Gundam units from Exia to Dynames to Kyrios, this release continues the theme both in name and design. The original orange and silver colorway pays tribute to the iconic mech that inspired it, while the contrasting body and rim finishes highlight one of the most satisfying aspects of bimetal design.

While the Kyrios shares some visual DNA with the Dynames, this is far more than a simple remake. The stainless steel rims, redesigned hub cuts, and more aggressive profile give it a faster, more competition-focused feel on the string. The shape transitions cleanly from the rim area into a direct inner wall profile that reduces string friction and keeps movement crisp and controlled.

Fast, stable, and clean in motion, the Kyrios captures the spirit of the Dynames while evolving into something sharper, more powerful, and fully its own.
