Kinetics Crash

Kinetics Crash is the signature bimetal model created to support Tankiki, a rising player in the Chinese yo-yo scene. While she is not an official team member of C3yoyodesign, this model was developed to match her play style and support her competitive journey.

The design blends the visual inspiration of the Hydrogen Crash with the agile control characteristics of the Progressiver, creating a unique fusion of power and maneuverability.

In contrast to the trend of increasingly large competition yo-yos, Kinetics Crash was intentionally designed with a more compact profile to suit Tankiki’s smaller hands. This compact size is not simply about scale, it creates a distinct advantage in agility. Reduced inertia allows the yoyo to move quickly and precisely, making it easier to guide through tight combo sequences and intricate movements close to the body.

At the heart of the design is the weight distribution philosophy refined through the Plasma Crash series. Despite its smaller form factor, Kinetics Crash maintains strong rotational power while delivering a light, responsive feel in play.
