The 3rd generation of the C3yoyodesign Initiator is the result of years of development and testing with C3's team of champions including Ryo Yamashita & Yamato Fujiwara. They created this yo-yo to be the ideal contest ready looper, and after throwing it we have to say it doesn't get munch better!

2A yo-yos look simple and tend to have similar shapes in design, but there's a lot that goes into designing a really good one. Gap width, spacer size, and starburst height. These may seem like small things, but C3yoyodesign considered every aspect of their latest 2A design before they were happy with the final product.

The 3rd gen Initiators feature a new CNC machined axle with stronger threads, a new starburst response that's higher with a larger diameter for more consistent response, AND a new spacer system fit for every style 2A player (Green - Standard as default stock setting, Gold - Loop, and Purple - Sleep. Response level: Gold > Green > Purple). They even made a 100% new injection mold for this model to re-design the weight distribution in the body and cap for more spin time with lighter overall weight!

Best 2a yoyo for anyone :))
I love these yoyos. they are a solid 2a throw for learning, or for contests. way better than the loop 720's those were complete garbage for 2a. these ones are way better.

Awesome with gold spacers
I've tried almost all of the new loopers and this is on par with best of them. Loops great right out of the package. The real test will be its longevity. I'd like to try the other spacers if I can find them.

Perfect
I am not a big 2A player, but I got two of these to start working on my 2a, and it seems to be a great 2a yo-yo. For me, the weight is a good weight, the yo-yo seems to be perfectly balanced and the string gap is perfect. I instantly saw an improvement in my loops with this yo-yo. This is coming from a YYF loop 720, where the string gap was too small and the loop seemed to want to wobble real easily.

Excellent 2A throw
The shape and weight are ideal for loops. The gap width is astoundingly perfect. Feels as if it were crafted by the finest dwarvish craftsmen.

A little light
In comparison to the Raider by Yomega, this feels lighter and not as solid. If I had to choose, I would have gone with the Raider before getting this one. The design is cool, and the clear rims were fine, but one of the sides wasn't weighted evenly and I had to sand it down to get it right.
