From Fair Trade YoYos: This model is an homage to our punk rock upbringings, DIY ethos, and inspiration through our youth and community. The Misfits’ “We Are 138” were the inspiration for the dimensions 51x38mm and the final name - 138!

Keeping with the punk, horror and old school inspiration, the overall round shape was inspired by the rounded steel roller skates of the slicked-back rat-rod days, Misfits horrorpunk and giving a nod to the oxy ti as well.

The profile gap still maintains a slight ‘schwall’ as in our previous models, though not as pronounced. It features large rims rounded all the way into the cup that provide a nice IGR and ample rim weight for power and stability in play that play well above it's compact size.

    Pocket Friendly Performer

    Okay - first I want to say I am on the team and I am going to be honest.

    The 138 is a pocket friendly YoYo that’s fairly slimline, it plays a little heavier on the string but nothing like a rock, the YoYo holds strong spin times for the tricksets that I do. The YoYo keeps you in check but is still fairly balanced. It’s a YoYo I can just slide in my pocket and transport it whenever I need to go. This is going to be a YoYo suited best for someone looking for an old school feel, with some new age tweaks. The blast and the colors on this YoYo really are stunning. - give this YoYo a try, you may be surprised how much you like it!

    Not usually a fan of undersized yoyos, but this one has power to spin for your longercombos, is glass smooth and feels great in your hand. I highly recommend this if you are into organic yoyos that play great and feel comfortable in your pocket.

    Sweet little nugget

    This is a super solid little cutie. Reminds me of a squished quail or an organic recess snack. The finish feels great and mine is dead smooth. I love whipping this guy out and busting some quick instant tricks for my pals. Buy 2 and half swap them!

    Perfect Pocket Throw

    I love this thing. It is the perfect pocket throw but dont let the "pocket throw" stereotype fool you, this thing performs.
