Firecracker (Size D)

Firecracker is Recess’ take on a modern responsive yoyo, designed for players who enjoy the slimmer feel of classic throws while still having the capability to explore contemporary trick play.

Its profile stays compact and maneuverable, making it ideal for tug responsive play, yet it remains capable of handling modern mounts and multiple string layers without feeling restricted. Firecracker comfortably bridges the gap between classic responsive control and modern string trick performance.

At the center is a rubber shielded flat D bearing that helps retain lubrication and maintain consistent responsiveness. The rubber shield closes the gaps typically left by standard metal shields, helping keep the bearing protected and responsive for longer.

Firecracker comes stock with the lubricated rubber shielded D bearing for responsive play and also includes an unresponsive grooved bearing, giving players the flexibility to switch between styles.
