Capsule

Not every yo-yo looks like a yo-yo before you've put it together. Capsule, originally designed by Dale Tubat back in May 2024, is a 3D-printed creation, built by combining two capsules into a single throw. Designed, printed, assembled, and hand-tested in California, it ships with the assembly parts tucked inside the capsules themselves, so the first thing you'll do with this one is build it.

The capsule shape isn't just for looks. That curved profile lets Capsule spin vertically on the floor, and depending on the surface, it can hold that spin for an impressively long stretch, opening up tricks and play styles a standard yo-yo shape simply can't do. As a 3D-printed piece, expect some natural variation in weight, balance, and finish from unit to unit, that's part of the character here, not a flaw.

This is a yo-yo built to test your creativity rather than your speed, equally fun to mess around with solo or to challenge a friend with. It comes with an original Throw Normal string to get you started. Assemble it, spin it, and see how many new ways you can find to play.
