Augusta
The Augusta is the latest in the line of high-end spin top made by Italian company Strummol8.
The Augusta is designed as a successor to Giulia and is the most classic shape in the series. It features a plump shape machined from two different materials, aluminum alloy and POM, to maximize spin power and stability.
The shape stays traditional, but the larger diameter makes the movement more relaxed. It works well if you throw it in the same style of more slower Japanese tops.

The craftsmanship behind this top never ceases to amaze me. Not only is its geometry perfectly balanced, but it also spins indefinitely. It's as if my deepest top dreams have come true. The body is like a magnet for the string.
