Featherspin Throws continues their focus on nostalgic designs with modern refinements, creating yo-yos that feel familiar while playing to today’s standards. The Anser is their fourth release, drawing light inspiration from the legendary SPYY Galactic Goose.

Think of the Anser as a descendant of a goose from a galaxy far, far away. The original had tons of character and heart, but its rim-riding divot design made every throw unpredictable. Entertaining, yes. Practical, not so much.

The Anser reworks that concept from the ground up. The divot is gone, the rim-ride issue is resolved, and the stance is widened to support clean, modern string flow. What remains is the spirit and personality that made the original memorable, now paired with smooth play and reliable performance.
