66Percent Shutter

66 Percent is a cool new idea from our friends over at Spingear. They thought it would be fun to remake some of their favorite yo-yos, only smaller, at 66% of the size! This is the 66% YoYoFactory Shutter!

The 66% Shutter is a mono-metal design machined from stainless steel. The denser steel gives this little yo-yo a really powerful spin and excellent performance for such a compact design. It plays fast, maneuverable, and surprisingly stable.
