5IVE
Kengo Kido built the 5IVE by Yoyorecreation around a simple idea: yo-yoing should be fun for everyone, whatever their skill level. In an era of increasingly advanced yo-yo technology, he set out to recapture the essence of the hobby and create a throw where beginners and experts can connect and enjoy playing together.
This isn’t a yo-yo chasing competition glory. The 5IVE is made for everyday enthusiasts who want more joy in their throws. Its design lets players at every level work through tricks with ease, turning spinning, performing, and catching into something genuinely exhilarating.
If you want a yo-yo that brings you back to why you picked one up in the first place, the 5IVE is ready to deliver!

Can I give this 4.5 stars? This is more responsive than I thought it would be, but it is still a super cool throw. For the price, it is awesome! I think that I would pick it up more often if I knew what to do with it.

Surprisingly good plastic yoyo . I use it for modern responsive and looping although the former is quite difficult considering the thinness of the yoyo and gap (and Im sure my skill level). But its fun to practice with and it just feels good to throw. I was worried about the weight but I like it. Most plastic yoyos are too light for me. The small bearing gives it a good snap even at low rpm’s. A few small tweaks and Id prefer it over some of my comparable but more expensive yoyos. Id love it if this thing were just a bit wider with a little bit of a catch zone above the walls. It would be perfect for modern responsive.

This one goes to work with me in the chest pocket of my overalls... Slimmer than a can of dip, I don't notice it's there. Until a machine goes down...

I got this mostly because it looked pretty. It's a lovely little pocket throw. My only reservation is that it's really snappy and wants to kill me. It's got some heft to it and will bite you.

Nice easy pocket thrower for tightening up your string landings. If they come back in stock, I'm buying a couple more.
