Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs fees, VAT, duties, or brokerage charges when entering your country. These fees are determined and collected by your government, not by YoYoExpert. We cannot estimate or cover these costs.

You are responsible for paying any required import fees. Your local customs office or postal carrier can provide estimates for your region.

As a retail business, we are legally required to declare accurate item values. We cannot mark shipments as gifts or mislabel customs forms.

Shipping Methods

We ship Monday through Friday, and you will receive tracking information (when applicable) as soon as your order is on its way.

FedEx International Priority — Recommended

Fastest delivery with the most reliable full tracking.

Estimated delivery: 2 to 4 business days to most locations.

Packages clear through FedEx’s own customs system, typically reducing delays.

Note: FedEx cannot deliver to PO Boxes.

USPS International Options

1. Basic International Shipping (Economy)

Lowest-cost international option.

Average delivery: 2 to 5 weeks depending on the destination.

Includes a Customs ID only. Tracking may be limited or nonexistent in some regions.

2. USPS Priority Mail International

Reliable balance of speed and cost.

Average delivery: 1 to 4 weeks.

May experience customs-related delays, especially during peak seasons.

Includes a Customs ID, but updates can be infrequent.

3. USPS Express Mail International — Recommended USPS Option

Fastest USPS service with more consistent tracking.

Average delivery: 4 to 6 business days.

Delays are still possible if the package holds in customs.

Important Notes

• Some countries may be unavailable for delivery due to import restrictions or carrier limitations. If your country does not appear at checkout, please contact us.

• Currency conversion is handled by your credit card company at checkout. Rates may vary depending on exchange rate and bank fees.

• We cannot guarantee delivery speed once a package is in transit or held by customs, so please order early if you need an item for a specific date.

Payment Options for International Orders

• Credit Cards accepted: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and most foreign cards. If your card processes successfully at checkout, you are good to go.

• International Money Orders in USD are accepted with prior approval.

• We do not accept wire transfers. Western Union may be arranged upon request.
