I have several throws that I would like to finger grind longer with but their finish is too smooth has anyone uses a scotch brite pad or high grit paper to roughen up the surface for better finger grinds thanks
High grit sand paper. Start with 300 and work down to what feels right as needed. My preference is wet/dry paper used dry. Works on metal or plastic.

Understand that once you buff your throws they are near worthless though.
