I have the YYF multi tool. Is there any real difference? I want to keep my yoyo safe(but not $55 safe).
The differences are fairly apparent just from looking at it.
The Shinwoo tool is purely a bearing remover, wheras the YYF tool removes bearings, cuts strings and has a hex key for axles.
I know but is the Shinwoo a better remover?
it more convenient since you can put it on your keys and its stream lined in design. Not like the pokey, bulky multi tool. I own both and use both, but I always have the Shinwoo on hand.

You do get a bit more leverage with the larger tool, and I have needed it a handful of times for tight bearing seats, but most of the time the multi-tool works fine. Rock it back and forth and you’re good!
