They look fine to me.
There’s a strip of missing ano on them
Yeah that’s perfectly normal. The bearing can wear the ano off the bearing seats as you take it on and off, especially if it fits a little tight. It won’t impact performance at all.
Can you show how a galled bearing seat should look like?
Instead of just some ano missing, there would be noticeable grooves in the metal where it was gouged out. Galling removes material. It’s rare unless you really mistreat things.
If it plays fine just move on.

About all of my yoyos are like that. It’s normal.
