The Worlds '09 will be held in Florida for sure.

Agreeing to Mitchell, the World YoYo Contest is annually held every year in Orlando Florida, at the Rosen Park Hotel. It is a 3 day event, so if you go, make sure you get a hotel room, or stay somewhere near the Hotel. You can look here for the details. It will be on August 13th, 14th, and 15th.
