CLYW and One Drop present The Summit

When it comes to the price there is one thing I don’t think people are keeping in mind, this is a collaboration. Sure it probably costs One Drop the same amount to machine whether it is a Summit or a Cascade but at the same time the Summit is a joint effort between both companies. If we want to continue to have cool things like this then they need to be profitable for BOTH companies. So adding $15 to the cost to make it a worth while effort for One Drop and CLYW is not too much to ask.

Here is the question I have for all the people kvetching about price. Why is it fine and dandy to pay the premium price for a Side Effect One Drop over their tapped axle offerings but it is outrageous to pay a $15 premium to bring TWO world class companies together?
