Oven cleaner (Be very careful with this stuff! Wear protective gear!!!) sand paper of various grits, mothers mag polish (my preffered choice), an old axel that you wont mind damaging and a drill. Strip the ano with the oven cleaner, stick half onto a drill with the old axel, sand her down going from low grit to high, apply the polish and your done 
Basic overview but if you take your time and be careful it will turn out well
