New Bi-Metal Design from Spin Dynamics – The Sensei!

Spin Dynamics has been hard at work coming up with an all new design, and not just any design – This is their first bi-metal! The Sensei!

After months of testing, prototyping, and getting design feedback from the Spin Dynamics team we are excited to release The Sensei. This new bi-metal yo-yo was designed with a focus on maximizing power and speed while cutting back on overall weight. It took a little time to get the balance just right, but once you throw it you’ll agree it was worth the wait!

The Sensei has everything you could ask for in a high performance bi-metal yo-yo. It plays fast, stable, and has a spin time that you just can’t achieve with a 100% aluminum design. The denser steel weight rings make up for most of the yo-yo’s weight which, combined with the v-shape profile, gives it a fast powerful and light feel in play.

Amazing performance aside, Spin Dynamics is really going above and beyond with their latest release by starting The Sensei Program! What’s the Sensei Program you ask? Well – For every Sensei sold Spin Dynamics will teach and give a yo-yo to one lucky kid that may not have been able to afford a yo-yo otherwise. The Sensei program is meant to help empower kids, inspire a new generation of throwers, and introduce new people to the passion we all share and love!

This looks nice but for me it’s kind of a hard pill to swallow - one would definitely have to imagine if they meant to exclude titanium when they made this statement: “Has a spin time that you just can’t achieve with a mono-metal design.” :-\

'Tis been copped! Been hype for this since they announced it. My first Bimetal.

Fair point, guess I didn’t fully think that one through lol. Description tweaked!

Reminds me too much of the Rainfly, which was a little dull in my opinion. :-\

I’m sure it plays really well though.

Can it finger spin?!

if i could do one thing on an island it would be FINGERSPINS!

Can you fingerspin? This yo-yo wasn’t really designed with fingerspins as a priority, but you can get a decent fingerspin time with it if you know what you’re doing.
