So the next morning the wood shrunk back, and the yoyo was very loose. However, once moistened, the wood stays swollen, keeping the halves tightly secured for several hours. I have yet to have to halves come unscrewed again during play!
I think I will buy more axels though, to try out, and to insure that I can use this amazing yoyo for years to come!
