Just play it at .25 speed.
It’s a houdini mount to start, then you slack off your thumb and go over the trapeze back on to your thumb then pop the trapeze over into a kind of reverse one and a half mount. Then the reverse, repeat.
Once you watch it a few times and throw it a few times, it should make pretty good sense!
