I have had a new shutter yoyo now for about 1 week and it is making a weird sound and is responsive. Please help
Do you have a spare bearing? If so, try swapping out the current one with the spare one and see if that helps. If it does, chances are your bearing needs a good cleaning to remove whatever may be causing it to be responsive.

With what?
If you can do gyroscopic flop, that seems to help. Just keep using it and it will probably fix its self.
