So, I am looking for intermediate-advanced 5A tutorials that are smooth and can be done fast that I could use at a contest. That is what my GA States 5A was lacking.

Beverchakus’ trick IBM is a classic tech 5A trick and is well worth taking the time to learn.
He also made a good tutorial for tangler.
