Are there any non-responsive imperial yo-yos out there?
How about just ball bearing imperials? I haven’t seen many of them, so I’m asking.
What tricks can they do that are different from my non-responsive butterfly?

Really I can’t see much of a benefit of having a unresponsive Imperial shape. The benefit to the Imperial shape is that the high walls help keep the yoyo straighter when looping or doing regens, but for string tricks having such a narrow catch zone will make string hits very difficult and there’ll probably be quite a large change of snagging. Nowdays the only time you really see such high walls are on looping yoyos and fixed axle throws, both of which are designed for responsive play.
The closest thing you might get that’s readily availiable nowadays is a really de-tuned looping yoyo or you could sand down the response on a fixed axle throw. Even then, I can’t personally see there being anything that it could do that a Butterfly couldn’t.

I tried to draw a yoyo with the V gap like that of a yyj classic but rims immediately curving back like an imperial. Always wanted a low wall imperial yoyo
Let’s just call them “slim profile” yo-yos 
Two that come to mind are the ILYY Trvth and the TimCor Starfire. There aren’t really any tricks you can do with slim profile yo-yos that are extrememly different or unique - they are just fun to play with and more challenging to land complex tricks.
