CLYW Slackline Yo-Yo String!

CLYW developed this unique high-end variety of string to compliment all of their amazing high-end throws. The CLYW Team put their heads together and came up with the perfect string that incorporates all of the characteristics they value and love in a yo-yo string. The CLYW Slackline Yo-Yo String!

CLYW described the different types available:

Poly:

A polyester string with the perfect tension. It has a lively bounce to it and is fantastic at holding it’s shape for slacks and suicides. Feels great on the fingers.

Hybrid:

The ultimate balance of Nylon and Poly. It’s super smooth on the fingers, lasts forever and holds shape really well. Whips feel like cheating with how quick this string moves through the air.

How long are these strings?

Pretty long. At least as long as Kitty, I would say.

I’m 6’5" and the last Slack Line I used I had to clip almost 6" off of it!

Thank you for that - I will order some!

Hey Greg, I’m assuming you’ve got these before. Which type did u get, the poly or the hybrid? How would you say it compares to the normal kitty, and or the hybrid kitty string? Thanks man.

I got the straight-up poly (not chubby).

Compared to normal kitty, it holds tension better and stays in a good playable zone a LOT longer. The trade-off (if you want to call it that) is that it has a rougher/stiffer feel to it. Me, I like that feel and have liked it since trying Twisted Stringz “Mojo” format.

It whips a LITTLE faster, but it’s not in a whole other zone of whipping speed. They’re similarish, but there’s a touch more density to the Slackline, which translates into slightly faster whips.

Hope that helps!
Greg
