And thank you, I just wish it was under better circumstances. 

I've been into different hobbies over the years with their fair share of scammers and such.

For example, I'm an avid collector and player of Neo Geo games. Specifically, I collect the carts made for the now-defunct Neo Geo Home System. When this stuff was new, it was unbelievably expensive. Now that it's basically become a collector's market, you can imagine what some of it goes for. I literally have game carts worth upwards of a grand or more.

So, you can imagine that scammers have always ran pretty commonplace in that scene. It comes with the territory, and you come to expect it, and just try hard to avoid it.

I really didn't expect to find it in the yoyo community, but since I've been here I've been proven wrong a couple of times now. This was one of them. Although it's not half as bad as Yogi or whatever his name was. That was some rough business there. There's a sizable difference between trying to beg free product out of people with soft enough hearts to believe your lies, and what that dude did. Ouch.
