Even though I am going to be in San Jose at a meet, theroybit is as always, free to arrange meets for Sacramento/Elk Grove as well. So, if he posts up wanting a meet, then please respond if you can and even better, show up!

I'm also hoping to attend YoLex on Saturday to make arrangements for a contest on the 21st in Roseville for YoLex!

(Yes, I'm bringing the Arctic Circle, Sky Walker, KLR and many more high end throws. Cascade and Nessie arriving soon!)

August 5th, 2 PM, Jacinto Creek park near the covered picnic tables if nobody is throwing some sort of party. Trying to figure out if Shasta Park might be a better location with more trees and shade.

Ugh. Stomach bug kept me nailed all weekend. Sorry if anyone showed up.

As these aren't going so well, please PM me any interests. I've got to focus on other stuff so I don't want to  add distractions for August if it's not necessary. I have a 2 day event coming up now and then a 3-4 day event the weekend after, then September I'm off for some health-related reasons(nothing to be concerned about) and then October I have a 3 day film festival to deal with and then a show the Thursday after that long weekend. November I'm gone for a weekend on vacation, and December I have at least 1 event.

OK. I got some minor plans.

Trying to throw something together on this weekend, the 20th or 21st. Any interest?

Also, doing sound at an event at my kids' school on October 26th. Just a good opportunity to show what we do in front of people. Yes, you can use the stage, I might even set up lights. Time should permit so the odds are in favor of that.

After that, I am planning a trip to Disneyland so I'll be going by Sunshine Kite Company and buying something. Might try to meet people in the area if it's convenient for me. As time is very limited, I can't guarantee anything.

It's easier for me to keep the Facebook page updated. I have to sometimes dig to find this thread.

I my schedule something for the weekend before Christmas, as well as New Years weekend.

I have an event on December 15th, then another December 17th, and then from January 3-6, I'm busy with SacAnime.

Today, I am going to YoLex at 1PM at :
Rocky Ridge Town Center
2030 Douglas Blvd.
Roseville, CA 95661

Saturdays and Sundays work best for me. I'm so busy these days it's hard to set aside time for this activity. Plus, I'm looking for a new location as the previous location I chose is just not good enough. There's another nearby park with more foot traffic, parking(the other location has NO parking) and seems a quite a bit better. Plus, some recent  stuff has gone down that might work in favor of having a regular meeting spot that could work to help promote a local business, but I have to tie into Kendama. I'm fine with that.

So, let me hear your thoughts. I'm always open to suggestions.
