3a accident

I was trying to do 3a because it looked fun and I tried to do corocoro.  My Bassalope and my Phoenix hit each other pretty hard and I could smell smoke.  Has this happened to anyone else?

I play some 3A myself and I would suggest to get a couple of yoyos that will be used only for 3A practice. Because I don't know about you but I would not want to destroy $260 worth of yoyos when I'm learning a new trick. I have two Duncan Raptors that I use, sometimes two Dark magics which I dont like as much as the Raptors.

I was using this Campfire one time, and decided to beat the crap out of it.  I walked the dog, and threw it on the ground as hard as I could, and if you smelled it afterwards, the rims smelled like smoke.  I was always wondering what that was and what caused that to happen.  haha
