When I throw it and I am about to catch it, it hits my hand and either bounces off or rolls off it. How can I catch it properly?
if the top is coming at you sidways it can be very hard to catch, and if you don’t know how to balance it yet, things just get worse. You might try to first master a throw to the ground, a scoop into the hand, and learn how to balance it.
