I strongly recommend that whatever tutorials are done are filmed from the top, like some of mine:

<a href="http://vimeo.com/moogaloop.swf?clip_id=11645011&amp;server=vimeo.com&amp;fullscreen=1&amp;show_title=1&amp;show_byline=1&amp;show_portrait=0&amp;color=01AAEA" target="_blank">http://vimeo.com/moogaloop.swf?clip_id=11645011&amp;server=vimeo.com&amp;fullscreen=1&amp;show_title=1&amp;show_byline=1&amp;show_portrait=0&amp;color=01AAEA</a>

Not an amazing tutorial by any means, but the camera view shows a lot.

This is a great regeneration tutorial Neff, Im still learning from it and I agree the angle really helps

Here is a basic tutorial on how to wind the spin top and get started

<a href="http://www.youtube.com/v/PwIh6-tqGls&rel=0" target="_blank">http://www.youtube.com/v/PwIh6-tqGls&rel=0</a>

It was made by our fellow spintop player Pulpowsky
