Good evening everyone, Dave here. Just got back into yoyoing and want to do more than just a sleeper. Never threw anything more advanced than a speed beetle. Stumbled upon this site after googling about ball bearing yoyos whiched sparked an interest within me. Happy throwing.

Welcome! This site is a good one to get going with. I recommend a Protostar or DV888 from YoYoFactory, and the tricks here are foundational!

Hello everyone my name is Chris. So like everyone else here i'm a huge yoyo fan. I got into yoyoing by throwing a fast 201. At the time i had made a trade for an mp3 player i had for a piano that he had. After several attempts of getting it out of his basement and failing my friend then decided to just give me a 100 bucks. I then decided that i wanted to jump right into yoyoing and bought the Hspin Pyro with the cash i had just got. I didn't realize at the time that the yoyo was unresponsive and at first thought that i had just got swindled out of a 100 bucks on an internet scam. But i kept it anyway and just threw it till it died over and over. I eventually found binding out by accident and soon after that i was addicted to yoyoing. Yoyoing has been an amazing outlet and I try to promote it everywhere i go. I carry my yoyo with me at all times and think it's better to carry than my cell phone. Yoyoing has helped me meet new people, get free food and drinks, money from time to time, and in a little trouble from throwing where I shouldn't be (nothing serious). My highlight was getting to throw for Bone Thugz-n- Harmony after one of their shows. I was throwing and one of the guys noticed and asked if I could show the rest of the crew the tricks I was doing. Basically I"m a laid back guy who loves throwing. People around me know me simply as "yo-yo" and I can't think of a better compliment Smiley The only thing that's hard about yoyoing is trying to find other people who love it as much as I do. Hopefully now that won't be an issue

Whats up guys,

The name is Mason, im 27 and from Sydney, Australia. I'v only been yo-yoing for a few weeks but iv been having alot of fun and progressing faster than i expected (thanks to the invaluable tutorials on here), i'm currently working on getting Iron Whip and Rewind  down (stuck at the triple or nothing part) whilst making my Bhudda's Revenge smoother. I just made a large purchase from YYE and cannot wait for my gear to arrive (especially my OD Cascade).

Hey everybody! My name is Willow and I've been yo yoing for a couple of months now. I've ordered all of my yo yo's and accessories from yoyoexpert, so I figured it was about time to join the site and meet some more people that throw.  If you're curious, I have played with several different yo yo's, but I like to use the Duncan Metropolis. Anyways, I'm looking forward to meeting people on the forum and hopefully I'll make some new friends.

Current Yo-Yo's=YoyoFactory Grind Machine, YoyoFactory SuperWide.
Favorite Yo-Yo's=YoyoFactory Mighty Flea, 3Yo3 Ti5.
Favorite Trick=Mach 5. Not that hard to do, i just like how cool it looks.

Hey guys, My name is Aaron.

I stopped yoyoing seriously about 7 years ago. Several of you probably would have remembered me from theyo or skilltoys forums as Flameboy1117.

Looking to get back into it a little bit. I see the yoyoing world has evolved into mostly metal yoyos, which I think that is pretty cool.
