Cross Arm GT Laceration

Hey, I saw this on youtube and wondered if anyone can do it and how. I can do GT laceration and I sometimes get it on accident but how?

haha i sometimes try to do this trick and can never get it. I just recommend getting into the cross arm GT the jade whip way. as for the laceration, if u look on how its done with the jade whip, it should give some info on the arm movements =D

Step One: learn Brent Stole.
Step Two: get good at doing Brent Stole.
Step Three: do Brent Stole while corssing your arms.
Step Four: if you are in a crossed arm GT then you have done it correctly.
Note: this is just one way to do it.
