Trading with DEADbyFIRSTlight - Problem

HI, I have problem while trading with DEADbyFIRSTlight(Simply Justin in later text) ( http://yoyoexpert.com/forums/index.php?action=profile;u=9263 ).

From beginning:

Justin send me PM on November 14, where he offered me YYR Overdrive for my BL Threesome. I accepted it.
As member without any feedback, I send yo-yo first, it was on 16. November, package was send by priority mail, insured with tracking.
Unfortunately it got stuck somewhere in USPS postal system, so it arrived on 3. December.
Until this point, communication with Justin was smooth and everything was going fine.

Then I was waiting for him to send me Overdrive.
He didnt make it the week after he got my package(5-11 december), ok, I understand that.
Next week, he told me he had finals in university so no time to send package. I, also university student, can undrestand that. But then I found out he had time to make another trade, where he send package on 12 December. So he had time to send one package, but not for second.

Than after some emailing, he said that he will try to ship it on thursday 22 December.
But I got no response from him since that, 2 weeks of no response. I understand there was christmas, but now we are 3 days back in normal live and still nothing.

So now, he has my yoyo for over month, but didint send anything back to me. And now he is not responding to my emails or pms.

What shloud I do? Anybody here is in contact with Justin and can help me?

Given issues and delays with international shipping, I’d give it another couple of weeks. But send him another message to confirm shipping at least.

I had somebody send me some money in the mail on the 12th of december. It didn’t arrive until wednesday of this week. I think USPS gets just flooded every year. BUT, there’s not really any excuse for him to not respond to PMs and email. If he was a halfway reasonable trader he would have AT LEAST informed you that he shipped it to just so you know to expect it. Sounds shady to me.

I’m fine if it is delayed somewhere in post office system, but I just dont know if he ever send it.I emailed him few times, but no response since 21.December.

Well then I would assume he hasn’t sent it. That’s alot of time to have gone by without sending a courtesy email. Then again it could be an honest mistake. I would PM a mod and ask them what you can do…

He hasn’t logged in here since late November, but his last YYN log-in was Dec 13th, like you said. It’s possible he hasn’t come back from vacation or is incredibly busy, but there’s no way to be sure. I traded with him on yoyonation a month or two ago and everything went smooth as butter and communication was fine. That doesn’t excuse him, but he’s never been shady in the past as far as I know.
